    • Kelly I’m so excited to hear that you will be going to CCI!!! We will be alumni together 🙂 Hopefully I will get to see you one day at a conference. Congrats!!!!!

  2. 8 miles!!! WOW!!!! You are awesome!!!!! Persevere….yes….. good words of wisdom. I am so proud of you. I am determined to push through and persevere in my weight loss goal. It’s hard when I don’t eat properly while I am sick and that happens a lot. But, …… I am worthy! 🙂

    • What will you do this week to keep accountable for healthy eating Melissa?

I’m sorry you’ve been under the weather 🙁 I know it is so hard to push through when we do not feel well.

  3. I am determined to persevere with my healthy eating habits and lose 6.6kgs. I have failed to implememt my eating plan as I should. will start again tomorrow and ask my daughter to hold me accountable so I can follow through with my plans.

    • What will you do to follow through with accountability? Do you have a specific plan or time to check in with her?

The more specific we are with our goals the more likely we will follow through. I believe in you!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

  4. Linda, I have re-watched the videos, and especially the one regarding SLOW and this one. I just had to stop! I can’t keep having migraines everyday. SO, I re-read my goals from day #1. I started a new chart and a restart button (so to speak). I am starting over and I am going to get it done, one day at a time. #1 healthy foods/eating #2 menus and plan ahead #3 rest each day #4 Go to bed on time! #5 start walking when I can (have a broken toe right now so I can’t at this time) #6 every AM with God and my bible for 10 minutes then throughout the day when I can (between work and commitments). Placing prayer as #1 all day long. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us. I love this ! Cate
