Will You Accept the Challenge?

Will you accept the challenge to eat healthy and exercise with me this week before Thanksgiving?

Most of us will gain a few extra pounds while enjoying pumpkin pie(s) and all those goodies. So let’s get ahead of the game this week.

Leave a comment below and let me know if you accept the challenge.

    • Ok Dorothy! Come back to my blog each day and leave me a comment here to let me know how you’re doing 🙂 Just a little accountability to keep you moving forward! ((hugs))

  1. Funny that this is your challenge, because I’ve been wanting to start back eating healthy and exercising. I was going to just delete my email because, well, I’ve been inundated with tiny hiccups in life with computer issues, work, home, etc., ya know what I’m talking about and that little inkling to say just read it happened. *Giving thanks* AND what do I find, but this inspirational challenge from you! It’s so on GF! I accept! Thank you for being a channel which G-d gives that little nudge! As always, you rock!

    • I LOVE THIS LISA!!! God is so good 🙂 He speaks to us in many ways. Keep coming back here and posting a comment to let me know how you are doing. Let’s keep each other accountable. ((hugs))

      • Okay, so I stayed to my rice cakes with a little Nutella, yogurt, fruit, and tuna throughout each day oh yes and veggies. And a small chic breast. I did however cheat at the company supper. I had donut bread pudding which was outrageously & sinfully delicious but I paid for it!
The rest of the meal I ate what I wanted but kept it in very small portions so I got to try what I wanted making my plate appear full. Unfortunately had little excercise except for the walking and set up and clean up for the party and scarce moments in the gazelle. All and all I believe I did good considering. Doing double today on the gazelle!

  2. I am accepting the challenge. Hubby and I have committed to getting healthier and working hard towards all of our goals.
