Today I want to hear from you sweet friend. Tell me what you are feeling good about. No matter where you are in your goals, lets give ourselves a pat on the back and say something positive about ourselves.

Remember when we start to compare ourselves to others it robs us of our joy. So today let’s be intentional and say what we are doing right in our lives..

I’m so surprised by how great I felt on my longest run yet. It goes to show that properly fueling your body sets you up for success.
